The No 8 EPDM Masterflash 178-330mm (7 to 13 inch) - Low Temp is an adaptable flashing solution ideal for profiled sheeting and flat panel surfaces. Constructed from durable EPDM, it withstands extreme temperatures ranging from -55°C to 135°C. The single-piece construction ensures quick and easy installation, typically completed in under five minutes.
The flashing base is engineered to form a tight seal on a variety of panel configurations and roof pitches, regardless of the pipe location. To install, simply choose the appropriate pipe opening and trim with a Stanley knife or scissors, slide the flashing over the pipe, form it to the roof's profile, apply the provided sealant, and fasten with the screws and caps from the Fixing Kit (note: two kits are required for installation). The EPDM material provides unmatched resistance to weathering, ozone, and ultraviolet light, making it a reliable choice for long-term applications.
