The MI-Flash No 4 Metal Black EPDM Flashing 76-152mm 250x250 is designed for use with profiled sheeting and flat panel surfaces, providing a robust solution that can withstand temperatures ranging from -55°C to 135°C. Constructed from premium EPDM material, this flashing is specifically formulated for maximum resistance to weathering, including exposure to ozone and ultraviolet light. Its one-piece construction ensures quick and effortless installation, usually taking no longer than five minutes on-site.
The flexible base is engineered to form a secure seal on most panel configurations and roof pitches, regardless of where the pipe is located. For installation, simply select the appropriate pipe opening and trim with a Stanley knife or scissors, slide the flashing over the pipe (lubrication may be required), conform it to the roof profile, apply the included sealant, and secure with screws and caps provided in the Standard Fixing Kit.
