Crafted from high-quality EPDM, it is designed to withstand temperatures ranging from -55°C to 135°C, providing robust resistance against weathering, ozone, and UV light. The one-piece construction of the Masterflash ensures a quick and seamless installation—typically taking no longer than five minutes.
The base is engineered to adapt to various roof pitches and panel configurations, making it versatile and highly effective, regardless of the pipe location. The installation process is straightforward: Select and trim the pipe opening, slide the flashing over the pipe (using grease for lubrication if necessary), form the flashing to the roof profile, apply the included sealant, and secure with the screws and caps provided in the Standard Fixing Kit.
