Constructed with 304 and 316-grade stainless steel, it offers top-notch durability and corrosion resistance. The inner and outer skins, each 0.4mm thick, are fully welded for enhanced strength and stability.
It features compressed rockwool insulation with a density of 200kg/m3, which ensures optimal thermal performance.This wall support is HETAS Approved and CE marked, meeting stringent safety and quality standards. Its designation numbers are TWPro EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and TWPro EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20, certifying it for different temperatures and fuel types. Installation is straightforward with the use of a Locking Band to secure the chimney parts together.
Ensure you maintain a safe distance of 50mm from combustibles.The wall support is adjustable, allowing for a distance range between 270mm (minimum) and 520mm (maximum) from the wall surface. This adaptability, combined with the need for manual adjustment, ensures a precise fit for your specific requirements.
