Constructed with a robust 304 stainless steel outer skin, coated in a high-temperature black finish, this mounting plate ensures durability and an appealing look. The inner skin, made from 316-grade stainless steel, adds an extra layer of resilience.
Packed with compressed rockwool insulation at a density of 200kg/m3, this component offers excellent thermal insulation properties. TWPro is HETAS approved and CE marked, meeting rigorous safety and quality standards. The plate requires a 50mm distance from combustible materials, making it a reliable choice for safe installation.
Installation is straightforward with the included Locking Band, securing the components together seamlessly. The innovative design allows for easy conversion from a flexible flue liner to TWPro inside any existing class 1 chimney stack.
