The TWPro MB Tee Cap with Drain - Ø 125mm is a versatile solution for sealing the bottom or unused end of a 90/135 Tee in your chimney flue system. Crafted for use with solid fuel, gas/oil appliances such as woodstoves, gas-fired coal effect fires, and various boilers, this tee cap ensures efficient and safe operation. Constructed with premium materials, the outer skin boasts a 304 stainless steel build, 0.4mm thick, and finished with a high-temperature black coating.
The inner skin is made from durable 316 grade stainless steel, also 0.4mm thick, while the insulation consists of compressed rockwool with a density of 200kg/m³. All components are fully welded, ensuring robustness and longevity. This TWPro cap includes a 10mm threaded drain designed to connect a drain pipe for removing excess condensation, making it practical and effective.
The required installation distance from combustibles is 50mm. HETAS approved and CE marked, the TWPro Tee Cap meets stringent safety and performance standards. Designation numbers: EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and EN1856-1 T200 P1 W V2 L50040 O20, verify its compliance with European norms.
Installation is straightforward, with parts secured using a supplied locking band. Maintain a 50mm clearance from flammable materials for optimal safety.
