The TWPro MB - 30° Bend - Ø 125 is a crucial part of your chimney flue system, designed for use with solid fuel and gas/oil appliances, including wood stoves, gas coal effect fires, oil boilers, and gas boilers. The outer skin is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel with a 0.4mm thickness and finished in a high-temperature black coating for added protection and aesthetics. The inner skin, made from 316-grade stainless steel at the same thickness, ensures long-lasting performance.
The bend also features high-density compressed rockwool insulation with a density of 200kg/m3, ensuring optimal thermal efficiency. All parts are fully welded for superior strength. With a 50mm distance to combustibles, it prioritises safety.
Approved by HETAS and CE marked, it meets stringent industry standards (EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and EN1856-1 T200 P1 W V2 L50040 O20). Installation is straightforward with the use of a locking band (supplied), ensuring secure connections and optimal performance.
