The TWPro MB Retro Fit Base Support Ø150 is a versatile and high-quality component designed for use with solid fuel and gas/oil appliances, including woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, and oil and gas boilers. Constructed with 304-grade stainless steel on the outer skin and 316-grade stainless steel on the inner skin, each with a thickness of 0.4mm, this base support ensures durability and longevity. The insulation is crafted from compressed rockwool, boasting a density of 200kg/m3 for TWPro or 128kg/m3 for KC, fully welded to guarantee robust performance.This support is essential for maintaining a safe distance from combustibles, with a specified clearance of 50mm for TWPro and 60mm for KC.
Featuring HETAS approval and CE marking, it adheres to rigorous standards for safety and efficiency. The TWPro MB can be easily retrofitted, adjustable from 0mm to 120mm from the wall, and is compatible with both 90° and 135° tees. Perfect for both single and two-story homes, it can support up to 10 meters of chimney immediately above the tee, simplifying the installation process.
