The RES 3 EPDM Flashing is a top-notch solution for tiled roofs, designed to accommodate external pipe diameters ranging from 275mm to 450mm (11 to 18 inches). Crafted with an environmentally safe, lead-free aluminium base and featuring a durable EPDM rubber upstand with an impressive 20-year lifespan, this flashing is built to last. It boasts an exceptional temperature resistance range of -55°C to 135°C, making it perfect for low-temperature applications.
The built-in 20° pitch ensures it can adapt to almost any roof slope, including pitches up to 45°. Its innovative pull tab design and smooth tear grooving eliminate the need for cutting by knife, allowing for easy installation and a precise circular hole. Installation is straightforward: size the pull tab with pliers, apply silicone sealant to the back, remove surrounding tiles, slide the flashing over the pipe, fasten it to the roof, and fit the top tiles over the flashing base.
