Engineered to withstand temperatures from -74°C to 260°C, this flashing kit features an environmentally-friendly lead-free aluminium base and a durable SILICONE rubber upstand that's built to last up to 20 years. The built-in 20° pitch offers adaptability to almost any roof angle, including steep pitches up to 45°.
Installation is straightforward with the pull tab design and smooth tear grooving, eliminating the need for precise cutting. Just size with pliers, apply silicone sealant, and secure in place. Designed for roof pipes with diameters between 275mm to 450mm (11 to 18 inches), with an aluminium base size of 31.5 inches square.
