The No 7 Silicone Masterflash, with a pipe diameter capacity of 152-280mm (6 to 11 inches), is a high-temperature flashing ideal for both profiled sheeting and flat panel surfaces. Engineered from high-grade silicone, it ensures maximum resistance to weathering from ozone and ultraviolet light. Its robust one-piece construction facilitates quick and effortless on-site installation, typically taking no more than five minutes.
Designed to form a reliable seal on a variety of roof configurations and pitches, its versatile base accommodates different pipe locations with ease. It boasts temperature resistance ranging from an impressive -74°C to 260°C, suitable for demanding environments. Follow these straightforward installation steps: select and trim the pipe opening with a Stanley knife or scissors, slide the flashing over the pipe (lubricate with grease if necessary), mould the flashing to the roof profile, apply sealant from the Fixing Kit, and fasten using the supplied screws and caps.
Note that TWO Standard Fixing Kits are required to complete the installation.
