The No 4 Silicone Masterflash 76-152mm (3 to 6 inch) is a versatile and high-performance flashing solution suitable for profiled sheeting and flat panel surfaces. With a remarkable temperature resistance ranging from -74°C to an impressive 260°C, it is designed to endure extreme conditions. Constructed from durable silicone, it offers maximum resistance against weathering caused by ozone and ultraviolet light.
The one-piece construction ensures a quick and hassle-free on-site installation, typically completed in under five minutes. The flashing’s base is ingeniously crafted to form a watertight seal on various panel configurations and roof pitches, irrespective of the pipe location. To install, simply trim the opening, slide the flashing over the pipe (with optional lubrication), form it to match the roof profile, apply the sealant provided in the Fixing Kit, and secure it with the supplied screws and caps.
For best results, use one Standard Fixing Kit per installation.
