Constructed from single skin zero-carbon steel with a high-quality matte black vitreous enamel coating, it's engineered to withstand temperatures up to 600°C. This connector is suitable for a variety of appliances, including gas, oil, and solid fuel systems.
It can also achieve a P1 pressure rating with seals applied up to a working temperature of 200°C. Installation is straightforward with a friction fit joint that requires no sealant for high temperature use, while seals must be used for positive pressure installations. Always ensure a minimum distance of 375mm from combustible materials, and never pass it through ceilings or walls.
Proper maintenance with regular inspections and cleaning, especially for solid fuel systems, is vital for longevity and safety.
