The MI-Flash No 1 Tile Black EPDM is designed for tiled roofs and can accommodate external pipe diameters ranging from 80mm to 200mm. Featuring a lead-free aluminium base that's environmentally safe, this product is built to last. The EPDM rubber upstand boasts a 20-year lifespan and is resistant to temperatures between -55°C and 135°C.
The 20° built-in pitch ensures adaptability to nearly any roof pitch, up to 45°. The innovative pull-tab design allows for easy size adjustment without the need for a knife, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free installation. Follow these simple steps: pull the tab to the desired size or use a Stanley knife for cutting, apply silicone sealant to the flashing's back, remove tiles around the pipe, slide the flashing over the pipe, fasten it to the roof, and cut tiles to fit around the flashing.
