The MI-Flash No 6 Metal Grey Silicone 127-230mm 304x304 Flashing is the ideal solution for sealing around pipes on both profiled sheeting and flat panel roof surfaces. Constructed from high-quality silicone, this flashing stands up to extreme temperature ranges from -74°C to 260°C and ensures durability against weathering, ozone, and ultraviolet light. Installation is quick and easy, typically taking no longer than five minutes thanks to its one-piece design.
The base is engineered to fit various panel configurations and roof pitches, ensuring a perfect seal regardless of pipe location. To install, simply trim the pipe opening, slide the flashing over the pipe, form it to the roof profile, apply the supplied sealant, and fasten with the screws and caps in the Fixing Kit. One Standard Fixing Kit is required for installation.
