The accessory is particularly useful for extending the chimney liner when lengths exceed the maximum flex available. It's important to note that while it is ideal for multi fuel liners, it must not be used on gas liners.For optimal performance, the chimney system should be designed for easy maintenance and sweeping. Regular cleaning is crucial, with annual inspections recommended for all applications and twice-yearly sweeping for solid fuel appliances.
Always use HETAS registered sweeps and avoid chemical cleaners or mild steel tools to maintain the integrity of your stainless steel chimneys.
