Our 25m roll of 15mm Ø Fire Rope is the perfect solution for ensuring airtight seals on the doors and lids of solid fuel stoves and boilers. Constructed from high-quality woven glass fibres, this fire rope offers exceptional durability and heat resistance. Installation is straightforward: first, remove any old rope and clean the channel thoroughly.
Next, apply Fire Rope Adhesive as per the instructions, firmly press the rope into the channel, and cut to size with scissors to make an end-to-end butt joint. Allow at least fifteen minutes for the adhesive to set before closing the doors. This product is not only effective but also easy to handle, providing you long-lasting peace of mind.
