The EuroSW1 - 30° Elbow - Ø 125mm is meticulously designed for a wide range of heating applications, including gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 600°C. This single-skin connecting flue system is crafted from zero carbon steel, providing exceptional durability and performance. The EuroSW1 is intended as a connecting pipe between your appliance and flue liner, chimney stack, or twin wall flue system, and should not be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls.
Installation is made easy with friction-fit joints, eliminating the need for sealing. For added security, joints can be reinforced with fire cement or high-temperature silicone sealant. It's vital to ensure a distance of at least 375mm from combustible materials and that the smaller diameter is always pointing downward to retain condensates within the flue system.
Regular maintenance is essential, particularly for solid fuel applications, with the inclusion of access doors facilitating easy inspection and cleaning.
