The TWPro MB Rain Cap Ø 80 is an essential component for your chimney flue system, specifically designed to prevent water ingress into the flue outlet. Suitable for a variety of appliances such as wood stoves, gas coal effect fires, oil boilers, and gas boilers, this rain cap ensures efficient and safe operation. Constructed from 304 grade stainless steel with a high-temperature black finish on the outer skin and a 316 grade stainless steel inner skin, this cap offers unmatched durability and heat resistance.
It is insulated with compressed rockwool, providing a density of 200kg/m3, and all parts are fully welded to ensure longevity. The TWPro range is HETAS Approved and CE marked, meeting stringent European standards EN1856-1 T600 for solid fuel and EN1856-1 T200 for gas/oil applications. Installation is straightforward, with parts secured using a supplied Locking Band.
Always maintain a 50mm distance from any combustible materials around the flue.
