Constructed with a robust outer skin of 304 stainless steel, just 0.4mm thick and finished with a high-temperature black coating, this pipe combines aesthetics with functionality.
The inner skin, crafted from 316 grade stainless steel, also measures 0.4mm in thickness, ensuring durability and resistance to high temperatures. Compressed rockwool insulation with a density of 200kg/m3 provides superior thermal insulation. Fully welded for enhanced strength, the system maintains a safe 50mm distance from combustible materials like wood and plasterboard.
HETAS approved and CE marked, the TWPro pipe meets stringent safety and performance standards, evidenced by its designation numbers EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and EN1856-1 T200 P1 W V2 L50040 O20. Installation is straightforward with a supplied Locking Band, ensuring secure connections.
