The TWPro MB Finishing Plate 0°-30° - 200mm is designed specifically for use with solid fuel and gas/oil appliances such as woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, oil and gas boilers, and other solid fuel appliances. This high-quality finishing plate features a construction with an outer skin made from 304 grade stainless steel and an inner skin crafted from 316 grade stainless steel, both at 0.4mm thickness, ensuring durability and optimal performance. The insulation consists of compressed rockwool with a density of 200kg/m3 TWPro / 128Kg/m3, providing excellent thermal resistance.
The plate is fully welded, enhancing its structural integrity. TWPro's design ensures a safe distance to combustibles, with 50mm for TWPro and 60mm for KC systems.Approved by HETAS and CE marked, the TWPro MB Finishing Plate meets high safety and quality standards, with designations TWPro EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and TWPro EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20. Installation is straightforward, requiring the use of silicone and screws to secure it to the wall.
Ensure to maintain the required distance from the outside of the flue to any combustible material like wood or plasterboard.
