The outer and inner skins are made from 304 and 316 grade stainless steel, respectively, each with a thickness of 0.4mm, ensuring robust durability. The insulation comprises compressed rockwool with a density of 230kg/m3, encapsulated within the twist-lock couplers.
The system maintains a safe distance of 50mm from combustibles. Fully laser welded and approved by HETAS, it meets the CE standards Designation Number EN1856-1 T450 N1 D V2 L50040 G50. The installation is simplified with an 8-barbed twist lock mechanism, secured by a locking band, ensuring the system remains robust and secure.
