The Seldek SDA103 Aluminium Flashing is designed for seamless integration with tiled roofs, delivering a robust seal for pipes ranging from 160mm to 300mm. Featuring an EPDM cone, this flashing ensures long-lasting temperature resistance from -55°C to 135°C. Installation is quick and simple, involving a few practical steps.
First, the built-in pull tab design allows you to adjust the size using pliers or a Stanley knife. Then, apply a silicone sealant to the back of the flashing. Remove the surrounding tiles and slide the flashing over the pipe.
Secure it firmly to the roof and cut the tiles to fit, ensuring the metal base rests comfortably on top. Ideal for both professional tradespeople and DIY enthusiasts, this high-grade aluminium flashing promises excellent durability without staining or corroding your roofs and gutters.
