Crafted with precision, the outer skin is made from durable 304 grade stainless steel with a thickness of 0.4mm, while the inner skin features 316 grade stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to high temperatures. This pipe includes compressed rockwool insulation with a density of 200kg/m3, providing excellent thermal protection.
All components are fully welded to maintain their integrity and safety. The product is HETAS approved and CE marked, ensuring it meets rigorous safety standards. The specific designations are EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 for high temperature applications and EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20 for lower temperature setups.
Installation is straightforward, requiring the use of a Locking Band to secure the parts together and a mandatory 50mm distance from combustibles.
