The Mi-Pellet 500mm Pipe with Door is designed for seamless integration into your flue system, suitable for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances with temperatures up to 600°C. This pipe, crafted from zero carbon steel with a vitreous enamel coating in a sleek matt black finish, is engineered for high performance. Intended as a connecting pipe, it seamlessly links your appliance to a Flue Liner, Chimney Stack, or Twin Wall Flue System.
However, it should not be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls. For installations sensitive to positive pressure (P1 applications), proper seals are mandatory on each joint to ensure safety and compliance. Its friction-fit joint eliminates the need for sealing in high temperature scenarios.
The built-in access door facilitates chimney sweeping and maintenance, particularly critical for solid fuel systems. Ensure to maintain at least a 375mm gap from any combustible material and always install the pipe with the smaller diameter facing downward to prevent condensates from leaking outside.
