The Locking Band Ø 100 is designed for use with solid fuel, gas, and oil appliances, including woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, oil, and gas boilers. Constructed with an outer skin of 304 grade stainless steel and an inner skin of 316 grade stainless steel, both of 0.4mm thickness, it ensures robust and long-lasting performance. The insulation, made from compressed rockwool with a density of 200kg/m3, provides excellent thermal protection.
Each part is fully welded, ensuring leak-proof assembly. It maintains a safe distance of 50mm from combustibles such as wood and plasterboard. The TWPro system, HETAS approved and CE marked, guarantees high safety standards and reliable operation.
Installation is straightforward, requiring a Locking Band at every joint to secure the twin wall insulated chimney parts together.
