The Gas Cowl Ø 175 is expertly designed for use with gas and oil appliances, including gas coal effect fires and boilers. Constructed with an outer skin of 304 grade stainless steel and an inner skin of 316 grade stainless steel, both 0.4mm thick, this cowl ensures longevity and robust performance. The insulation comprises compressed rockwool with a dense 200kg/m3, ensuring optimal thermal efficiency.
Fully welded joints add to its durability. The cowl complies with HETAS standards and is CE marked with designations EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20. A locking band secures the parts during installation, and a crucial safety distance of 50mm from combustible materials must be maintained.
