Ensure your chimney setup is both safe and efficient with our premium Flue Vent Cap. Measuring 200mm high with a diameter of Ø 175mm, this red vent cap is ideal for capping off redundant chimney pots while maintaining excellent ventilation for the chimney stack. Before installation, inspect your existing chimney for cracks and clean the inside of the chimney pot to ensure no debris obstructs the air passage.
Make sure the cement flaunching is intact and the pot is securely fixed. Clean the top interior of the pot and the joint face to remove any lingering dirt or grit. Mix mortar with a brick-coloured dye, apply a bead to the pot's top face, and carefully press the spigot into place, ensuring it is vertically aligned.
Trim away any excess mortar and taper it smoothly for proper rain runoff. Manufactured in the UK, this flue vent cap provides reliable performance and durability.
