The EuroSW1 Adaptor Female-Female Ø 150mm is a versatile connecting pipe ideal for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances operating at temperatures up to 600°C. Constructed from zero carbon steel, this single skin flue system is engineered for optimal performance and safety. Perfect for connecting appliances to flue liners, chimney stacks, or twin-wall flue systems, it should not be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls.
Installation requires that the pipe be positioned at least 450mm from any combustible materials. The EuroSW1 features a friction fit joint, and while sealing is optional, it can be enhanced using fire cement or high-temperature silicone sealant. Maintenance is simplified by its design that can include access doors at changes in direction, ensuring easy inspection and cleaning—crucial for solid fuel applications where annual sweeping is recommended.
Make sure to wear appropriate PPE during installation and cover any cut edges with high-temperature paint to prevent rusting.
