The EuroSW1 90° Elbow - Ø 150mm is a critical connecting pipe designed for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances operating at temperatures up to 600°C. This high-quality, single skin connecting flue system is built from zero carbon steel, ensuring longevity and durability. It’s specifically crafted for linking your appliance to a Flue Liner, Chimney Stack, or Twin Wall Flue System, but it should not be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls.
Installation is straightforward but requires precautions, such as keeping the pipe at least 450mm away from combustible materials and ensuring the smaller diameter faces downwards for proper condensate collection. Although the joints are friction fit, we recommend using a jointing compound for added security. Maintenance is simple and imperative, particularly for solid fuel applications, where regular chimney sweeps should be conducted at least once a year.
Plus, the EuroSW1 is designed to be easily cut to fit, though exposed steel should be painted to prevent rusting.
