This product is robustly constructed with a dual-layer of stainless steel; the outer layer is 0.4mm thick and made from 304 grade stainless steel, while the inner layer, also 0.4mm thick, is crafted from superior 316 grade stainless steel. Plus, the pipe features compressed rockwool insulation at a density of 200kg/m3, ensuring excellent thermal resistance.
Each piece is fully welded, and the unit maintains a safe distance of 50mm from any combustible materials, adhering to stringent safety guidelines.This pipe comes with HETAS approval and is CE marked, meeting European standards (EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50 and EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20). Installation is straightforward with a locking band mechanism, eliminating the need for screws and enhancing both safety and ease of assembly.
