The 2pc. Round Fixed Finishing Plate 45° - Ø 80 is meticulously designed to ensure a professional finish where your flue passes through a non-combustible wall at a fixed 45° angle. Constructed with robust 304 grade stainless steel for the outer skin and premium 316 grade stainless steel for the inner skin, both 0.4mm thick, this finishing plate is built to last.
The insulation is made from compressed rockwool, boasting an impressive density of 200kg/m³ TWPro / 128Kg/m³ KC to ensure optimal safety and performance. Fully welded parts provide additional durability. TWPro is HETAS approved and meets stringent CE marking standards, making it a reliable choice for solid fuel and gas/oil appliances such as wood stoves, gas coal effect fires, and boilers.
For installation, simply secure the parts together using a locking band, and ensure a safe distance of 50mm TWPro or 60mm KC from combustibles. This plate is both efficient and easy to secure using silicone and screws.
