The Ø 225 Internal Clay Pot Adaptor - Ø 125 is an essential component for any chimney stack setup where a clay liner is present without a chimney flue liner. Crafted from 1mm thick grade 316 stainless steel, this adaptor is built for durability and longevity. The tapered design of the clay end ensures a snug fit inside uneven clay liners, providing a secure connection.
Before installation, it's crucial to smoke test the existing clay liner to assess its condition. To install, gently knock the adaptor up the clay liner, then use Fire Cement and Fire Rope to seal it thoroughly. Secure the adaptor into the chamber using the provided securing bands and corrosion-resistant stainless screws.
Finally, place the single wall pipe over the spigot and finish off with Fire Cement or Fire Rope for a perfect seal.
